I am facinated by the different types of yarn, and have been interested in plant fibres.During my research I discovered this Bamboo Yarn, being eco friendly and lots of other qualities.
I decided to buy some, and it is a really exciting yarn to weave. It feels silky, heavier than wool and a dream to weave with.
It has a slight stretch to it, and found that the sides of my weaving is a lot straighter. I really like the effect of the multi colour.
The weave looks beautiful, and I am going to use this more..
